This bar was developed with the highest durability as well as a natural whip that makes it perfect for Olympic lifts or heavy powerlifting movements. The 5” center knurl will grip to your back during squats and the 28mm diameter is a perfect middle ground for bench press. Deadlifts will feel natural with the whip from the barbell.
