Our 16.5” Olympic Loadable Dumbbells are the single hand version of the Barbell 2000, built from the same steel, sleeves, knurling and self-lubricating bronze bearings. The 4.75” sleeves allow you to load 10 lbs all the way up to 210 lbs yet still having a compact design for versatility. Each dumbbell weighs 10 lbs, and with a pair, dumbbell collars will be included absolutely free. The handle is 28mm in diameter for a strong grip, as well as a 6” knurled center.

Each dumbbell has a durable, long lasting zinc finish to protect from corrosion and impacts. Built with a dual snap-ring, the Olympic Loadable Dumbbell leads the industry with a new standard for all bars. The cold-drawn 4140 steel bars have been tried and tested to withstand up to 200 lbs each. Bronze bushings inside the sleeve of each dumbbell provide you with a lasting smooth spin as well as protecting your wrists, shoulders and elbows.
